Prom!

Saturday was my good friend Jess’s 21st birthday. A few weeks ago, while wandering the Holyoke Mall, Jess came up with the ingenious idea of throwing a prom-themed birthday party for herself. Lindsay and I, of course, thought it was a great idea and offered up our apartment. So this Friday, we had our prom party in honor of Jess’s 21st birthday. And it was fabulous. Below are a few of my favorite of the prom pictures. Yes, prom pictures. The guys weren’t as good sports about it as the girls, so I didn’t get as many as I would have liked. However, the party was a success, and Jess brought in her 21st year in style. She’s the one in the black dress in most of the pictures. Oh, and take a second to marvel at my dress in the last picture. $0.99 at a thrift store. Good buy or what?
